Ellenville Town Plaza is a redevelopment project on NYS Route 209 within the village of Ellenville, Ulster County, NY. The project involved the redevelopment of an existing commercial site into a 5,200-square-foot retail plaza and reconfiguration and reconstruction of an existing parking area. The parking area redesign and improvements included curbing and landscaped islands which are shared with the neighboring retail beverage store. A key feature of the parking lot was that it preserved a existing mature tree on the site. This project also integrated into the existing village sidewalk system and included cross connections to adjoining businesses for both pedestrians and vehicles.
