    • About The Project:

    The project involved the development of a 4.0-acre site plan for 48-unit apartment complex on Henry Dubois Drive in New Paltz, NY. Project elements included all site design and permitting. The site required extensive grading, a drainage impact study, parking lot, water and sewer utilities.
