Ohioville Acres

    • About The Project:

    Ohioville Acres is a 136-lot single-family residential cluster development in Gardiner, NY. This cluster development resulted in preserving 170 acres, or 64% of the 264 acre site, as permanent open space. Services include all site design, including a storm water management plan, individual septic system design, roadway access design, central water distribution and supply and a bridge for stream crossing.
