The Tischler professional park is an 18,500-square-foot medical professional office on 8.8 acres on NYS Route 375 in the town of Hurley, NY. Medenbach and Eggers prepared the site design and permitting, which included on-site septic disposal, individual water supply, parking lot, lighting, landscaping, highway access and storm water management. Community concern over developing the site required mitigation during the approval process. This was done by minimizing disturbance during the construction of the facility and providing a natural screen of trees and shrubs to harmonize with the surrounding community character.
