Zero Place, in New Paltz, NY

About The Project:

The Zero Place project is a proposed, mixed-use, net zero energy usage building. It would have on the first floor a retail space, and the above three floors would have 24 1 bedroom and 24 2 bedroom apartments. Located near the Rail Trail, the building would take advantage of the bicycling and foot path trail, to provide ease of access to the center of town.
